3D Optical Nano Profilometer Design and Manufacturing’ has been awarded support within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1501 Program.
Our project, which we applied for during the 2022/2 Call Period of TÜBİTAK 1501 Industrial R&D Support Program, has been granted support for the ‘Design and Manufacturing of 3D Optical Nano Profilometer.’
Our project falls under the priority R&D and Innovation topics of ‘Development of new photonic measurement techniques (surface scanning or atomic force microscopes, holography, optical spectroscopy, interferometry, optical trapping, optical tweezers, etc.)’ within the scope of Photonic Technologies-2.
With the approval of our project’s support, we are commencing our efforts to produce Turkey’s first optical profilometer device. We extend our gratitude to TÜBİTAK for their valuable support.”
